I have had the same problem and would like to know how you came upon the complete variable list and what each one stands for and if you would mind sharing it.
Noticing a bit of a bug with the "Daisy took a picture of you" bit. Since I've already started the daisy line of romantic events, she's next to her bed when I try to break into her house. Since this is essentially a cutscene, every time I enter her room, the MC heads straight for her closet... which is blocked by daisy. I get stuck and have to close the game and restart. Am I gonna have to completely avoid this bit or does someone have a workaround? I can't see her in the afternoon without the scene triggering either and the same issue happening.
Nadine strip scene at the strip club ends and freezes the game as well. A LOT of work getting her quest to that point so it is upsetting. WHat a bummer. (Just a warning)..

A known intermittent problem. Unpacking the game makes it happen less often. Make sure you have a save before you go into the Hornet to see Nadine dance and repeat until it does not freeze. You must wait at least 1m 10s after the fade-to-black for the scene to continue talking with Nadine in another part of the pub.

Jet does not give stealth training, Dakota does in the alley in East Town. You do not say how many stealth packages or stealth training tasks you have done. You need a minimum stealth to do the Annie Gibson house quest as part of the sequence of Jet quests.
There are a total of 23 packages on the maps at different times of the day, and 3 available inside buildings or during quests. The walkthrough shows the locations but misquotes the number several times.
You need at least a Stealth of 12 to do the Annie Gibson quest for Jet. In Annie's room, there is a clock that will increase your Stealth by 1 each time you click on it.

It is buggy (How many times have I mentioned how much I HATE twitch-mini-games in an RPG. They don't belong there and they are always badly implemented!). Unpack the game to minimize the timing problems. Save before each round. When you spot an opponent, lead them to either the upper or lower horizontal alleys, stay ahead of them until they appear and move into gun range. shoot only once or twice, move out of range and wait for them again. Buy and equip the best gun and more ammo from the two merchants before you start the tournament.

If Shasha is in the comic shop in the afternoon and she asks you "Did you get the card?", you have already met Jazmine and been given the task of helping Nesrot at the Hornet Pub in exchange for her card. You are supposed to (as specified in the walkthrough) "talk with the barman" and not first go through any doors. If you have already spoken with Nesrot and received the school mission, just enter the school the next weekday morning and you will be directed to the next step.
Is Shasha is asking about the card but nothing happened at the Hornet or school, use a save editor to check the value of variable #33 "Evento Cartas".
- 17 - Talking to Shasha at the comic shop in the afternoon should take you to Jazmine.
- 19 - The bartender at the Hornet Pub should direct you to go through the back door.
- 21 - Entering the Hornet Pub back door should take you to Nesrot to receive your school mission.
- 23 - Entering the school in the morning should direct you to block open a window in the west wing.
- 25 - Returning to the school at night and talking with Jaqueline outside the front fence should start the school mission.
When after talk with sarah and sasha at mainhall school, i can not talk sasha in the comic store, he said i should be learning stealth, what should i do because i stuck here,

- To begin stealth training you have to first attempt to touch Maria while she sleeps after midnight. The morning after your first attempt a thief will rob you and run away. If you travel to East Town at night on the far South East of the map you will find a small alley (see [Image 37]). The thief will be hanging out in there. When you confront her she will offer to teach you to be stealthy if you can recover suspicious packages for her. (See Appendix C for suspicious package locations). For each suspicious package you bring her she will make you go through one test. If you complete the test your stealth increases by 1.

The game just ate all my saves and did not allow me to make a new. Luckily i renamed the ones i really liked, so they are still there, but jeez, never had a game eat my saves without a trace before.
In the continuation of the scene with Laura in the bathroom my game screen goes dark.
How to solve???
Please help me!!!

This is an intermittent problem in several spots in the game. Unpacking the game will reduce how often it happens. Save right before that scene and repeat it until you get past the black screen (sometimes you have to wait 1 or 2 minutes).

Happens to me too, sometimes it fixes it self when u wait, and sometimes i just loaded a previous save.
It also happens in the strip Club with Nadine first time you see her dance.

You don't specify if you made those saves in-game or you copied them in. To copy them in, you must create in-game saves for each save slot into which you want to copy a save. If it bombed already created in-game saves, I've not heard of that before.
