I have found the way you can start the fairfelt questline even if you didn't start it at the beginning.
You have to go to Valos Outer city, go north-east across the bridge, then go south and enter a house with the red roof.
This is Karland's home, he is a writer who wrote the book "History of the known world". Read the book and talk to him, he'll ask you to collect some books to complete the second part of his book and give you a quest.
The first one is pretty simple, go to the library and buy the book "Elvenfall" and bring it back to him.
The second quest is the important one. He'll ask you to go to the Fairfelt manor to collect another book. Talk to the guard at the door and he'll propose you to buy the book for 500$. Pick the option: Try to strong-arm him.
He will take you inside to talk with Lord Lawrence who will kidnap you.
Enjoy the quest.

Yes, you need to pick the right choices when you are talking to her.
When she asks you to call her Esther reply: I insist, mistress.
To the second choice reply: I wouldn't dare!
And from the library bring back to her the book called "Saga of the Warrior-Queen".
When she finds you with lawrence and asks you what to do say: 'You must confront him'

I believe nobody has a full save for the current version, it's pretty new and some quests have been changed so people still have to figure out how to get all the scenes. Also this game is different than other rpgs, the cg galleries are locked to the save, so if you start a new game the gallery will be empty. That also means that if someone gives you a full save the game would be finished, with nothing left to do. Believe me, if you want to try this game you will have more fun just playing it from the beginning.

So how far from finished is this game? I heard once that 0.10 was the half-way point, but I'm not sure if that still applies. And how many of the scenes have currently cg? Just a rough percentage.

You are almost correct. This game is meant to have stories taking place in 4 different cities with each city specializing in one kink. Now 2 cities are finished and 3rd is being worked on. However each city's content may not be equal.

the game is cool but to get some of the gallary it seem's
like clair has to be an ass. is the girl ner the stinky pot evil because the seen make's it out like she is
but then she think's your a theif.but if see seen the girl that died then she is evil for not helping her.

He's in Dargan, the city past the sandstorm map. You have to talk to the merchant in the port in Rathpike, and then go to Dargan after and talk to their bartender.

You mean the refuges you find inside the house in Narfu Village? You can kill the pirate and then free the slaves. When you free them you will automatically exit the house and you will not be able to come back.

if you have not reach that part yet i may spoil it but you run in to your fathers old freind talking
to some people about going to a port town and kiddnapping the rafuges there and they have pirate help.
