As far as I'm aware he actually said it until he was sure that he would continue working on Jenny and Diane (which was when he polled about who will get 0.17/0.18 in early may).

Yes, they need to be recoded but I'm pretty sure until may his plan was to recode both of them in the background without adding to their story as they did with for example Eric/Mrs. Johnson/June (dogeek streamed some of that back then). I mean it's not like they have to have an update to rework the code, it's just more convenient I'd guess.

Jenny and Diane are the last remnants of old code before DC got a new coder that organized differently. The new assets assigned to this are a bit different and before the Patreon thing, they wanted to put a bit more oomph to Diane along with expand Jenny just a tad. For Diane it was to give her a happier ending (which ends in pregnancy) while Jenny had you expand on her business aspects of the webcam a bit more.

So both parts of the old code do need something, it's just that they weren't redoing it without something beneficiary to the MC either.

Well, I think that was actually the plan until may. Back when patreon announced their changes DC didn't want to work on their stories and thus decided to do the recode in the background.

In the end it's not even worth talking that anymore though since he'll rework them one by one and thus we'll get the new save games in 0.19 at best.

The problem are the old-coded parts of the game. Roxxy's update is all brand new.

The whole point of hiring Dogeek was to rework the code for the entire game. Were you thinking that that they were change the code only for the Roxxy update?

My understanding was that by rebuilding the code from scratch they could plan variables in advance so that the game didn't break when they did re-works of story lines. That have have changed in the last couple months (haven't been able to listen to the streams), but when they did the Jenny rework (in a couple updates versus 5+) shouldn't affect the save game issue if the code is built right.

That's because you aren't supposed to do anything with him. He has no story/purpose yet and won't do anything. The one you need to work out is Kevin.

Guys I have a problem:
I'm currently trying to do the "mia girlfriend" quest but it doesn't work, i talk to her at the science lab she then told me to sneak into her house in the after noon - whenever i try to do this the MC says (she's in school right now ill come back tomorrow, or it's too late mia's sleeping or nobody's home i'll comeback tomorrow) anyways, the MC won't go to mia's house no matter the time or day that i choose to go!!!! What should i Do? is this some kinda bug? been trying the whole day and still can't get it done!!! oh!!! by the way!!! I already done the mom's quest, sister quest, aunt quest!!! all other quest I'm missing!!! MY VERSION OF THE GAME IS v.15.30 pLEASE HELP!!!!!

Why is Roxxy wet?

Maybe after some "hot" scene with MC, she got to rush out and meet with Mr "nothing but muscle" and do some cover-up story while MC hide somewhere around (sorry, never see this guy's name, alway skip)
Or maybe MC caught her doing some private thing.
Personally, i prefer the 1st one. The 2nd one seem like a classic opening for many hentai outhere

I think there are two groups of people. Those who just want to play the game and care about nothing else and those who actually enjoy the streams, the fooling around, the possibility to influence the game in many small ways etc. DC usually polls something several times a week on stream and asks for suggestions almost every second day and it' s quite nice to be able to say/poll what you like and maybe even get your way.

So in the end it's a compromise which is probably worth it. It's usually 9 or 10 hours a week which are mostly productive as the content is of course used after all (

Please be aware that this title has a level of depth and content that is both surpassing and surprising to what one would normally expect from similar style of game / enovel)

(Perhaps might not fall in the same category as what your stating but still for content, you will be hard pressed to find something similar... as the no. 2 to ss that would be a strong contender... )
