Schoollife is a very good game and it's enjoyable to play due to its relative easy difficulty. However, I still enjoyed using the dev tool, "cheat item", in the past and the old nickname codes weren't working in 4.8 so I found the new codes using qgen.
To unlock the dev tool, "cheat item", 'Magic shit' (BEWARE: Tool can be unstable and your saves may become corrupted):
Go to computer in bedroom, open chat, set nickname as 'Give me the magic fuck, uncle is a developer' to unlock the "Magic shit" cheat item in your handbag. The password for "Magic shit" item is 'I`m a toaster'.
Set your nickname as 'Uncle is a developer, give me power over saves' to unlock manual saving.

not entirely sure myself but i think its uni is switch/asset is dom/liability is sub, also if hunter269 is still hanging around how did you translate the game as they realased a 0.4.9 ver

Step1: Export the open the qsp file you want to translate with qspgen and export it as txt2gam.
Step2: Open qsptools select yandex 1.5 as translator then enter your API key in App ID. You can get one here:
You must be registered to see the links
(register a free trial)Step3: Load the dictionary I uploaded earlier to skip the already translated text, otherwise It's probably going to take well over a day. Also check the save dictionary automatically box.
Step4: Click translate.
Step5: Open qspgen and import the translated txt2gam file, export it as qsp.
I attached the new dictionary and updated qsp file, didin't test though

Maybe i will, if i can find a way to make it work.
But from what i read, it has a character limits. I don't know if that limits applies one for all or for each data sent.
Also, i think yandex is also down, as the system has changed and is now no longer free.

ah thats what i was afraid of qsptool stopped working for me a while back(stupid microsoft and its POS windows 10
) i actually have an api key but the program wont translate games properly for me anymoreYeah, oogle only returns "." 's & "," 's on my last several attempts. Thanks again, for all you contribute.

Qsptools still work fine. Onlt the translation part is borked due to corporate fees on translation services/api.qsptool stopped working for me a while back(stupid microsoft and its POS windows 10
If you get an error at launch, maybe check that java is still properly installed, or send me qsp logs (console output) so i can find what's wrong (and maybe fix it).
sorry should have clarified the app works but when i try to use the translation system the console reads the source language as random garbage and when completed has in fact translated nothing

This seems an encoding issue to me. The value by default is probably not the one of the file you try to read.
And the translator part is completely down. None of the provided translator work.
Better keep the void translator, save the dictionary as xml, translate it manually, restore the original file and translate them again.
i know this is probably the wrong place to ask this but the folks who made this game have another called born of the veil, and i was wondering if anyone has translated that one?
maybe im stupid but i cant do anything in this game let alone set it up properly. i got music on the title (which took a while to get) and any button leads to a popup telling me i dont have something. please help a tech noob set up this game step by step
