If it's VN + Ren'py it doesn't actually matter which protag is it, if the game is just only choice interaction. The matters of female protag is having girl under your control, and VN is just a interactive story, not game. So if the main character in story is girl, it should be Female❤ pc. Or if you wanna make a player being part of a story (Like in Dating My Daughter)... well, we are mostly males here.
You can add multiple protogonist like husband also tries to win her back. And then cuckolding or cheating. You add son's best friend and father in law and please make the son taller and muscular and even sons best friend make him white because asian women like more white men. Do not add fat old man. Like wife is surrounded with all hot muscular white mens
A female protagonist game could be fun (try to avoid the pathetic husband, small penis stereotype though). Or one where you can switch or choose which one you want to be. The more important thing is the quality of the scenario. If you don't care for the MC or are not aroused by the situtation, the MC gender is of no importance.

After Choices You can do Hijab porn and Arabian theme. But I suggest don't include religion in here. Make fictional religion if you must. First, just say no to RenPy. Linear stories have no replay value and you'll end up having to cram in fifty different scenes all based on specific fetishes that only 5% of your audience wants. Use some other game engine instead to make an actual game instead of a glorified visual novel.
Second, here's your game: Your MC has read tales of what life was like in the Olden Tymes, when sheiks would spend all day lounging around with hookahs full of hash and watching their private harems of dancing girls entertain them all day. This is what he is going for.
But... there's a catch. The modern world frowns on such shennanigans, and the Powers That Be will try to stop you. You have to keep you clandestine sexual encounters secret because being discovered can cost you your head (literally). So as you seduce your way to the top you have to keep on watch for suspicious fathers and husbands who must preserve the "Honor" of their secretly slutty women. Cuckhold rich old men, seduce their daughters and convince these girls to shift money and influence your way as you do.
You'll basically be making money to fund this operation as a giggilo, giving these women the satisfaction they aren't getting at home. You'll also be brainwashing them into going along with your fantasy and twisting them into being part of your secret harem. The end game goal is to acquire enough money and influence to become a real VIP in society who's allowed to have half a dozen wives legally. Or even get your own private island or yacht where you can keep all your girls.

Visual novels are not too appealing to me. Personally I like more of action / RPG games. Grace is rarely muslim names btw

the game should have Male and female MC and are married and with ur choices u can turn this game the way u want , u control the Wife and you control the Husband , u can have the Male MC be alpha male who gets all the bitchs and courrept them all , or the other way or just be nice , and same for the wife with netrual path
to me, this can go one of 2 ways for a female mc(not my thing but still worth shooting ideas for), and the game would revolve around fucking your way around your husband, kinda like fucking other men, to manipulate them into fucking over your ex. kinda like a slutier muslim version of monte cristo.
if the setting is more modern, she could decide to work for a "foreign law agency" and she sleeps around to get proof to screw over all those who wronged her. maybe plant evidence on them so they can fall, as she slowly becomes more and more central against all the norms.
HOWEVER, if you do decide to go male mc, you could go with a muslim "slave maker/wife trainer" in that you play as a new prospect husband, who offer to deal with her ex husband if she become his. you could also have diferent women, each with their own circunstances, and the MC kinda works like a devil of sorts, offering to help them if they join his harem.
it would work even better as you could basically add a "new book" for each romanceable love interest. and maybe, each of them would add something to you, like a bigger income, a bigger home, avaliable side girls, or even options for new characters, like one of them could be from a religious family, so she could offer a more religious choice for "fixing" the new one's story.
it would also fit a more sandboxy game, with diferent locations, and you would have to work on 3 fronts,
-making sure your women in the harem arent feeling left out(and you could have multiple ways to do it, like taking them some of them out, or focussing on one for a bigger boost)
-the task each of them has, like their main quest before they accept marrying you. maybe have diferent levels of dificulty for them, some are something simple like pay their debt, or friend their father/mother/brother, while others(like the main one) could be something massive like this long line of side quests, or even having married someone else. imagine if you had 2 women who, are in a hidden love story of their own, but because being gay is a massive offense, they accept to become part of your harem if you marry both at the same time and, of course, if you accept they loving each other, so you need to work on both quest simutaneously.
-romancing the new prospect wife, raising her love points to tresholds to get new scenes before they fully marry or even after they marry they can get more new scenes if you master their love points(nothing massive, but maybe a new pose or "door" choice) you could have something like they become marriable at 50% + the completion of her "task".
you can see that im more predisposed to the male mc, but that's because i feel like the muslim religion works itself better for a porn game, since it already deal with harems in the first place. while a female mc is kinda problematic due to how promiscuous women are treated by them. so no matter what, the story will carry that darker side that im just not a fan of to begin with.
this pretty much sums up why im not too keen on a female mc here(well, like i said in my post earlier, im also not a fan of female mcs for porn games), so if the story is going to play as a muslim centric one, being a female mc will pretty much make this a kinetic novel, where she just sleeps with her husband until she gets pregnant and then its over. since she is no longer married, she will just go on to live her life as a disgrace forsaken by the others in her community.

I personally play as a male MC because the game feels more immersive if I am playing as a character that appears similar to me IRL. Since I am male, I would prefer to play as a male character. There are exceptions to that, such as in games where there is no MC and I am making decisions about all the characters equally, but if there is a MC then I probably won't play the game unless the MC is male.
In general though, I like the idea of playing a porn game where the women are wearing hijabs. IRL girls with hijabs are very attractive and really stand out in a crowd while wearing them. It would be interesting to play a game where my character could fuck a girl while she is wearing a hijab.
