I might have to retry the installation again. Originally I couldn't even install, but then I copied the DVD mount files to my system, and setup from there. Maybe I didnt run the setup as admin, so i'll try again later and update here later. THanks!

Yeah, I'm actually using the same one. I tried installing it again (set up with Locale Emulator Japanese Admin + locale changed ) and running it as well with the emulator + locale changed but it just loads but no window shows up.
I don't know what else to do now

Or just copy all the files from the data folder into an empty folder (Name it MamaxHolic or whatever you feel like)
I prefer the second method, way easier and faster. But you have to use applocale (or change the region settings in Windows) whenever you start the game.
You could either try to run the Setup.exe with Japanese applocale (As an administrator)

Hey thank you for the help. However, I still cannot run the game lol. I think it's something to do with my PC tho. I'm using a surface pro X and is using an ARM based system. I've been able to run other VN's tho so its just kinda weird. Below is how I tried to make the game work:
Using setup:
1) Set system to Japanese Local (Restarted PC)
2) Mounted Disc image
3) Tried to run but have error
4) Copied all files in the disc image to a different folder
5) Run setup and sucessfully installed game
6) Tried to run application (EXE), will have a loading wheel and then no response
7) Tried to run application again (EXE) + using Japanese App Locale (as Admin)
8) Will have a loading wheel and then no response as well
Using data folder:

At this point I don't know what else to do but maybe wait it out, or try it on another PC (which I don't have a spare).
Have you tried changing the regional format for your date/time to Japanese? I know that some games check for this before deciding to run.
Use Locale.Emulator.2.5.0.1 software i have exact same problem right click on .exe file then Local emulator then select Run in japanese (Admin) this is important unless run as admin game wont start
Do you know to run execuatable with cmd? If no then, in the path bar have to executable type cmd, remember you need to be in the right path to run. After type the executable name cmd, it will show you command: msgtool.exe -e sjis message.dat (to extract)| msgtool.exe -b sjis sjis message.dat (to rebuild). You can't insert any different characters rather than English or Japanese since the write encoding is shift-jis
Yes I got the Msgtool exe to work. And I have no problem to translate message.dat file But I have problem with the ALP tool. I really wanna change/Translate the layout from some Ateilir Kaguya games
Alp tool only works with files have ap2 header, you can extract the whole folder of alp files or a single file, but you need to remain the json file to make new one
I didn't because it won't work I always get an error. I can't even extract the alp file.
