Karryn's Prison: Sex is integrated straight into the RPG battles. If you make enemies cum, they lose (some may go 2 rounds). If you cum, you lose energy and if you run out of that you go to a defeat scene (which is also a type of battle, all sex in this game is interactive). No Game Over though, unless you run out of Order.

You didn't specify whether you wanted it to be non-con, and Karryn's Prison... actually isn't. Well, except for the stripping and at least having to allow enemies to cum on you in defeat scenes.

It's not a game, infact it's a digital novel with basically no interactions apart from scrolling the story, but I love the idea of the setting and the no reversal element.

Checked out the demo. All of my translation tools are busted or out of date so I couldn't pick out every detail.

It would seem the game in question has disappeared from the internet because I searched (extensively) and couldn't find anything. Perhaps our friend has a link? As I mentioned before, its a game where you spar with your senpais sexually to train for a major battlefuck event. The girl you train with primarily has pink hair and is the in the same grade as you. It is a generic storyline commonly used with a futa protagonist but this has a male protagonist.
