Why is there a link to an "Incest patch" when there really isn't any incest in this game - at least not anymore?

I've played it for a couple of days now, and while it started out good with a lot of promise, it quickly became boring and super repetitive.
The same dialogues over and over and very little variations or surprises when you visit a location.
Why is this even still listed in the "Popular Games" category? Yesterdays news..

I patched nearly everything from v1.632 back into v2.0x (only missing the MC pills). Probably could have made the MC pills work, but I converted most of that to use corruption instead, which makes more sense to me. Pretty much all the Incest patch does is change the references to "foreign exchange student" back to "daughter." Only works fully if you start a new game and leave the character names blank so the default ones are chosen.

Realistically...there's been 0 new content since September (V1.632) and I guess it's been nearly 3 weeks since his last paetron post so...if the game isn't dead it's not looking good for it being continued.

Well it is not impossible the dev did get burned out some after all the hostility aimed at him in an already very bad situation for him. That can break the will and enjoyment to work on a game for anyone, especially if they feel responsible as well.

Let us just hope that some rest and time will rekindle that desire, if that is the case he will get game back on track again and moving forward when he has been able to rest. At 1.632 he had a great and enjoyable game going, so no reason he will not be able to get game back on track again.

Now keeping up the fires under his soles and heaping on even more pressure, might do exactly the opposite. Let's give this dev some rest and time, he is human afterall.

The developer won't give release dates due to past cyber mobs when he runs behind schedule.



Saves from older versions won't work. If the saves are from your current version you'll have to post more information to get help.

Thats the error I got, even when trying to load a save created in the same version.

I suspect it was probably a pretty big deal having to rip out so much content to satisfy Patreon so even if there's no lack of motivation on his part it will probably take some extra time to get back on track after having to abandon so much content.

While outright Mind Control may be banned, I think he could still get away with a more toned down coercion/corruption system, maybe based on alcohol but he's probably a bit gun shy about doing anything risky after being kicked in the nuts by Patreon. I can understand why Patrons are getting riled up about lack of content but I'm content to just keep this game on the back burner til he gets back on track.

You have to unlock the console (edit 00Console.rpy or unren.bat) and open the console (shift + o) to grant yourself achievement #6, it's not scripted to be granted in the game even though all the events previously required to get it still exist.
Achievement #14 is unobtainable without the modified update6.rpy file because of a typo that Deem hasn't fixed yet.

if you last played 1.632...then really not much new content aside from a new animation involving our favorite "D" from DMD.

don't know if deem is active on his Discord but there hasn't been any news since 2/26 and this thread is getting less and less replies. hopefully not abandoned as I think there's alot of potential left.

What would you like it to say in the console? That's what it says for #6, check your achievements list...if it's not there then you typed something wrong.
