You have to do good in school, I got the scholarship not sure if you have to do that good or not. You also have to be nice to Ryan when you meet him at the gym, then he'll pick you at interview. There is a requirement or maybe more in order for the nice option to show up for Ryan at the gym, not sure if it is just good points based(when I got the option to be nice I was more good than bad but not perfect) or if something else is required.

Just have fun, there is a lot of different ways to go in the game. Pick bad/naughty if you want Ash to be a naughty girl, pick nice/good if you want her to be good, or experiment with something in between. All the choices tend to be pretty obvious if they're naughty or nice. And after you go through the game and see stuff, start another cause you can always find something you haven't done before. I've played it several, if not dozens of times, and I still stumble across something different even replaying an all bad or all good route, just because of a different choice or two.
