Nothing fapworthy in the game, honestly I am not sure that it would really qualify for an R rating besides a few pictures probably not even if you have the fetish, but the story is interesting and pretty funny with a few dark undertones.
So if you are looking for an erotic game, keep looking but if you are up for a non erotic adventure game you should give this a try.

I don't actually disapprove of the fetish I just seem to not get it at all. I felt no sexual vibes in the game. But honestly you don't need to feel sexual vibes to enjoy the game. The characters reaction to the absurdity of what they were put through was hilarious and the story is engaging and interesting. So even if you are not into diapers it is worth a play-through.

It's certainly very interesting. It's a very dynamic set of fetishes: every aspect relates to many others, and that means that even if a game focuses on one thing, the player will likely be see it from a preferred perspective. And, exactly, as you say, even for some people whose lifestyles voluntarily revolve around this type of thing, it's not sexual to them.

Despite the grind, I really enjoy this game. The writing is good and I really dig the absurd mental regression plot with the twist of everyone's perception of Eclair being a child while she's the only one actually aware of everything (except for a couple others).

Unfortunately the development time for this game takes soooo looong. The story is awesome, the artwork is amazingly cute and the gameplay is fine... but I think they are releasing one chapter a year, so I fear sooner or later they will tire and forget about this game before they finish it.

I was hoping development for Chapter 5 would end around February, but from what I'm told they have basically wrapped up only one version of the timeline; now they've started working on the other.
I'm sure the end result will be great, but the final game will probably be release around 2030 if we're lucky.
