if you are trying to trigger activity with Jennifer, this is what i did:

when the night bar first opens, go speak to Jennifer. order a whiskey first, complement her, then ask her when she gets off work. after that, ask her to play a game of poker with you. she will tell you to come back before the bar closes at 01:00 hours and ask her again. if you do that at 00:30, she will close the bar down shortly afterwards and go back to your room to play some cards.

Have you got addon1 or are you just using the vanilla download from the first page of this thread? (when you start the game it should say, in the top right corner, Version 0.0.8 alpha content addon 1) When you click on the girl of your choice at the bar, click on the "show location specific actions" (arrow pointing at concentric circles) you will have some options (including play poker and ask for a drink). If you have the poker option but no drink icon then you need to update.

Alright so ive downloaded addon 1, but im struggling to put it into the original game file...

Addon 2 has not yet been released. Maybe in a day or two.

Extract all the files from the archive into the "game" folder inside your main folder. Then go into the "cache" folder (also in your "game" folder) and delete everything that's in there.

As I wrote several times and everywhere now, you do not need any intermediate updates.
You only need 0.0.8alpha vanilla and the content addon 2. It includes all the bug fixes and everything from content addon 1 as well.
No matter what you have right now. As long as it is 0.0.8alpha with any content addon or bug fix, simply applying content addon 2 will always update the game to the latest version.

Download the new addon2 so you can put her on evening reception duties and then go to reception at 00:00 and 00:30 every night, it triggers eventually but may take a few days nights of trying...

It only happens if you are using pre content addon1 save files. That's why no one noticed during beta testing.
If you have that problem, please download the content addon2 again and apply it. I fixed the problem.

When you add the new addon, is it suppose to say addon2 on the home screen?
I added the addon from darkhound's link and still says addon1. Alos not sure if anything has changed or not, or if the addon is working for me
