If anyone would be so kind to tell me the closest thing to a render close to the default game?. all i have now is:
1.Lilith
2.Hair (for mom)
3.Vascularity
4.Morphs
and a skin map that i'm searching for.

It depends, how big your scene is, which light you use, the resolution, of the pic, which grafik card(s).

I have a geforce gtx 980ti.
One model with an monocolor background and an hdri light in a good resolution 10-20 min.

One or more persons in a room with hdri 30-40 in hd rresolution.

The same with other lights ~2h.

aha, so with my R9 280x it should go 30 min - 1 hour with one person in a room. with 1 light. Iray probably.
