I like your dedication. And I also like challenges and I also found a solution how to translate this easier using 2 software in combo. So comrade, let's translate those 5 volumes of masterpieces and bring those to masses. I may even pack all swf files nicely into one file for convenience, but first let's translate. Put on a WIP on this thread ^_^
I'm glad you've taken on this challenge, comrade. I hope you stay motivated through any difficulties. I'll put a WIP tag as soon as I figure out how (it's my first time doing this)

Just put the WIP tag on here. Packing every swf file into one folder sounds like a marvelous idea!

After trying different things in Flash Professional CS6, I could edit text safely, but on export I noticed severe blinking (I checked several options to be set as it was in initial swf file), so i tried another approach didn't work either. The only way I could make it work is by recording the scenes then make an translated video of every scenes in order. Taking in consideration there is no interactive options aside from buttons that change scenes. Cheers
P.S. Flash already lost official support, it's more future proof to make it in a video format and more accessible.

also i found his dooushini transladed if someone wanted to buy them or put them on mega for us

LOL you didn't read my other posts, did you? I already have all 5 volumes. I'm gonna post Volume 1 after this is done. Also, in the DLsite description, you'll find that only ONE story from the FIRST volume is in English. The rest are in Japanese

So does this mean we can no longer select the scenes ourselves? We just watch the whole thing like it's a movie? In that case, how do you account for the multiple paths/endings the game has? Also, Since flash is dead, does that mean the ENG version will just be one swf file or multiple files?

I wouldn't say there are multiple paths, there are some files (supposedly, your choices) that contain exact same scenes and 1 or 2 scenes that differ from one another. About multiple endings, I could just create one video file for each ending with every scene in order and with transitions. As for choosing scenes yourself, I can add bookmarks to the seekbar with names on hover so you can select the scenes you want. There is a possibility I could make one video file with ending selector like in dvd's, but not sure about that yet. Or I could use something like RenPy engine and recreate the game from the ground up, but that's if the video interactive format will not suffice. Just wait until I'll prepare all the materials and sources I need, so that I could be sure what path I should take.

I decided to go this way, because flash is dying now faster than before, because Adobe ceased to officially support it. So transforming it into an video interactive format will make it more future-proof. And I don't want to waste my efforts on a dying technology.

After considering several options I came to conclusion that I will not just translate this game, I'll port the game to RenPy engine.
But this is not all, you know what the best part is? ..... I'll upscale all the renders to FullHD (maybe 2k), that means all the animations will be FullHD :D Yoohooo!
I'm collecting all the sources from swf files now -> Sort them -> Upscale Everything -> Implement it in RenPy -> Test the game -> Release the game.
I'll be back with updates.

Update progress:
I began enhancing images already, look at the difference :)
Man this game gone from translation to porting pretty quickly :cool:

So how long will it take? Few weeks? A month?
Don't know, I'm not new to programming, but I'm knew to RenPy, so considering porting the game I'm not sure how much time, but surely no more that a month at least for this stage of the development.
As for Image enhancing, I'll give it max 3-4 days.
Well, I'm doing this for free and in my spare time. Also, I strive to make something of good quality.
Anyway, I'll update when I enter every stage of porting mentioned above.
Collecting all the sources from swf files -> Sort them -> Upscale Everything (currently) -> Implement it in RenPy + Translation -> Test the game -> Release the game.

That's quite the feat, good sir (or madam)! I'm glad it was you who chose to take this on. Out of curiosity. How long have you been programming? What languages are you using for this and (I ask every programmer I meet this) what is your favorite language and why?

I'm programming since 2012, but got serious about this in 2018. I'm mostly doing IOT (Internet of Things, ex. Arduino) development now, I don't have any preference for languages (C/C++ for now, cuz it works), right tool for the right job.
The porting for this game will be done in RenPy, this thing is using python, I 2x upscaled all the renders, now I adjust them and testing the adjusted, one animation, in RenPy.
It works pretty well and looks decent, but I still need to figure out some details. Will update later when I'll be near done with porting, no ETA at the moment.

Update: I got a hang of RenPy engine and python :) + necessary functions to port the game. Currently I'm recreating all the scenes (do the coding), I decided to do all the rendering in RenPy to see what it can do and also to easily port it to Android .

Collecting all the sources from swf files -> Sort them -> Upscale and enhance source files -> Implement it in RenPy + Translation (currently here :cool:) -> Test the game -> Release the game.

If you read my previous posts, you'll notice that I'm not just translating this game, but porting it to RenPy (because translating it as it is now in flash, takes significantly more time and doesn't guarantee that it will work), because it's easier porting this game than translating it as it is. Plus a good bonus of porting is I can upscale and enhance the animations and you can even play it on Android.
As for how far I'm into the project, at the prologue sequence (the hardest one). I have 2 projects on my shoulders, including this one, so I switch between them on a daily basis.
I'll post some updates next week. A little showcase of those juicy animations :sneaky: .
