I just found the libra hearts games.

They're all standalone, they're not related. I think Tower of Succubus and Sword of Succubus are the best ones by quite a bit (the gameplay is a lot smoother and more fun, though the others are closer to contra-like games so they're almost a different genre in gameplay and thus less comparable). I personally played Tower of Succubus first and then Sword of Succubus with the rest of the games after that and enjoyed them a ton.
I see. It looked like a few were continuations because of how the succubus looks.
It lookes almost like Midnight Castle Succubus is either a sequel or remake of Castle of Succubus just from how the characters look and how the game starts out.

From what I know Midnight Castle Succucbus is by a totally different guy. I do think it's still a great game, I just don't think that one's as hot as this one. A big part of that is probably the lack of jiggle physics in the animations, Libra Hearts just does it better imo.
Ah, I thought it was made by the same group. That's the reason it and castle in the clouds aren't linked to the Succubus games. I guess I wasn't paying attention.

My Kaspersky antivirus (and VirusTotal website) showed the exe file have a trojan-spy.win32.keylogger

I have eset ( A.K.A. nod 32) anitvirus run on everything before i unpack and it seemed clean to me nothing has bad has happened on my end
Just play it, there's not really censoring in this because it's pixel art. At least I didn't notice any at all when I played it.

When I downloaded the game and tried to run it a error message popped up saying something about "Steamworks.mfx". I downloaded a copy of the Steamworks.mfx and steam_api and put it in the same folder as the game's .exe. Now when I open the game it launches but none of the keys on my keyboard do anything and I can't play the game. Is there any way to fix this?
