i'm definitly not interacted with worker's wife.
after night event with her, she appeard in front of the door, went to otter labs with her. elevator scene. she said to follow her and she is gone. thats it :/

The same for me as well got to be a bug 4 others are having the same issue..

This is definitively a bug. BON is absolutely horrendous when it comes to accounting for what developers call regression bugs. Bugs that happen when you add new code that breaks old parts of the code. As usually is the case his new code he implemented to account for the new content at Otter Labs with Aunt Maggie has broken the old code that was there for Maria.
It's happening because when you come up the elevator there is a transfer player command that is taking you to the wrong map. BON decided to duplicate the map of the second floor where one version is used to perform the Aunt Maggie Quest and the other is used to perform the Maria quest. When you transfer you wind up on the Aunt Maggie map and the map doesn't hold any of the code necessary to finish the quest so you are stuck and Maria disappears.

WALKTHROUGH UPDATE
Finally I have completed the update of the walkthrough for version 1.3 Fixed+XTRAS. Sorry for the delay but it has been a long rough week. I'm very tired so if there are any mistakes or typos please let me know and I'll send out an update in a few days.
For any mods can you please update the OP to show that both the CG and Walkthrough are now current with v1.3+XTRAS

Bugs I found so far in the update
1) Maggie when you get all her positions is locked into the anal one instead of the choice menu.
2) At beth's party, if you use the wrong door to spy on Christan and Daisy you enter the bathroom and can't leave it.
3) When going into the people's home for Mindy's quest after you leave the time shifts to between 9 and 10 no matter what time it was prior.
4) during maggie's mission in the labs you can go through doors just by walking by them close without actually going into one.

Man this game has so many bugs its unplayable, you get black screens all the time and unable to continue the story.
Sounds like if you dont know shit about editing you'll have to start new in this update. O well at least theres cheats finally.

I used my previous save and everything seems stuck to me
I started Tyna shop job got the initial scene, set job days to 25 (variable 702) and I won't get the scene nor the variable value will change, in fact, when I checked variable a couple of more times it wasn't there
also cant get the scene with the aunt
P.S.: I encountered a bug in game when I was going to get the last card for sister, I didn't enter aunt house to do stuff it continued without me doing anything screen just glitched and it seemed game was behaving as if I have done that quest
and after I got the card, the next time I visited the aunt i went to office and did all that (refrigerator stuff wasn't available though i just walked to the office when aunt was in home)
