Merowin Castle, then enter in Storage

I have entered the Merowin castle but no Storage. Just Servant, Private, Gallery, Village and Library there.

Go to Servant
Speak with Keemley
First dialogue option "Tell me some basics in combat" to activate Training and Storage in Merowin castle

Does not come up and i have both sword and axe now. Just bugged for me i guess.
