did you move and replace everything? it should have said that some files have the same names and ask you if you want to replace them with the new file you're importing

the gallery is in the house showed in the installation guide (behind the stable), the cheat menu is an item from a quest you'll get once you enter said house. take some time to finish but the cheat menu is worth it

Sadly lots of scenes from the game are still missing. Even the new scenes are not included. Frankly I do not see any reason for updating this mod if you are not adding new scenes.
