Yes over to the right is a bench and news stand use it to jump the fence. fast as you can get into the house collect money..

I´ve read the walkthrough and it´s a mom-aunt scene, but after completing everything as it is said in the walkthrogh a can´t go with mom to aunts house. when i try to leave it just says "not all condition are active". i´ve have 120 on both and made the scene when aunt meets her husband, talk with her later but nothing. What have i missed?....
