Ok. I'll send a note to F95 to see if he can make post #101 its own thread in the mods section. I don't know if I can do that myself and I don't wanna mess it up. It's a good post.
It'll end up being more of a mods thread since you're better with finding and explaining mods to honey select than I am. And that's how we get English translations, prettier girls, etc is through mods.

Sounds like there's a conflict between some mods you've installed. You can try running the Honey Select Item Resolver (HiR) to fix ID conflicts (version 1.1.1)

I do know that there is one specific mod (the condom one) that breaks the studio. If you have it installed, the instructions to fix it are (from Reddit):

Delete the gom.unity3d file found in abdata/studio/list/itemlist/honey.
Create a new textfile named gom.txt.
Paste the text below in the file.
Run HiR until it says 'finish!'.

I don't know what else could be the issue, the scroll wheel on the mouse has always worked for me.

Do you guys know if there's a shota mod out there? afaik the male model always rescales to default.

I'm not sure about the main game but in the studio you can make a boyish looking female character and then add a dong accessory with a mod. There's also a studio mod which lets you swap the male animations with the female character so you can have two females banging for example.

Not quite the same but it works.
