Yeah, at least on my save I could either have the mom (Discreet+romance) scene by not visiting Liza, or the Liza/squirt scene which seems to be a prerequisite for the mall/Riley scene. Since both scenes apparently have relationship ending implications, I'm not sure which way to go, unless I just load up an older save and never request that final Discreet appointment.

Nope Rachel and Bella only cuddle up with the MC if you are on the love path with Bella. But at least you get to see the concert and the Mrs. Smith scene when you are on that path.

I like the game a lot, but I feel at the last release the dev have more and more a problem with all the path in the game and mixed them more and more. I understand the difficulty to manage that lot of different paths and subpaths - how many are they at all?
It at least feels than it has for more than a few dozen. But I would like if he is more careful with all the different paths, altough he patch his game quite often and not only with the most annoying bugs, so this at least weaken my complain a lot.

Good update, actually! I'm just not that much into piss fetish thingies and would like to have a choice to prevent such very special happenings.
I had a save at the end of the last episode with MC chained to bed - which I expected to progress on the new version - but no!
And of course with it already having taken place, going to sleep and not visiting Lisa did not trigger it again.
I know the developer answered a question from someone else back at the last update saying it was intended to 'work' both ways in this update, but didn't.

When they go to the beach, after choosing who will check, a bug happens and the game returns to the apartment!
I think I hit a bug. When I was on the Mom romance route, I got to a scene where Mom cuffed MC and called out his gimmick as Mr. Holmes. The scene then proceeded onto Mom giving MC a handjob. But I think that the first part of the scene should have been a part of the Discreet route and not this. For the discrete route, this never even popped up and MC spent the night with Liza instead.

I really enjoyed this update, the only con was to choose between Lisa squirt + mall with Riley or Susan on the bed, i hope that get fixed and we got to do both, Now about Riley , sorry Lisa but its impossible to turn down Riley,Riley with Lexi? again impossible to refuse, and i really like every time Sasha appears i hope she makes a surprise and appear in the present timeline to relive the good old times,also congrats on Miley golden bush it was really hot.
