if you disable the minigames in preferences and then press "duel lee" then you'll get the persuasion point

Honestly, I don't know either. Someone started this in spoilers and I didn't want to be the one to break tradition.
That is pretty detailed information about how it exactly works, so I'm just going to ask again where you heard about all this. Because the thing I'm most skeptical about here is that anyone could've worked all that out just from playing the game. Like I said before, I can see how this fits with the events, but it's not quite as supported by what we're shown as you seem to say here. Hell, going strictly by in-game content, it wouldn't be implausible for the parasite to not even have appeared yet! We're still missing 10 days and two major areas.
EDIT: Also, yeah, I'm gonna leave it at that, because this is getting silly. All I really wanted to know was if any of what you said came from an official source or if it was just speculation.

I totally agree with you.
Prior to looking at the walkthrough, while I noticed on certain paths that characters were horny or not, it seemed very arbitrary. Only after reading through walkthroughs and other discussion on the game did this idea of the parasite leaping from person to person take shape.
The idea might be mentioned by CAS in the game when introducing the parasite, but there's nothing to reinforce it, especially hours in. If it was that important of a game mechanic, it should show up in the UI somewhere once the player character is aware of this concept of parasite jumping.
(Incidentally, this idea of a parasite jumping around reminds me a lot of the very old AIF game

PERSUASION minigame (STUDY GROUP, step 30)
◦ First you need to determine the nature of the four sectors: there is a very good one, a
good one, a bad one and a very bad one.
◦ You can see this by looking at Lee's face: the more he's smiling, the better is the sector.
◦ Try to pick good sectors when they are at maximum size and bad sectors when they are
at minimum size.
◦ Remember that at each round you need to pick the 4 sectors.
◦ You need to reach 100 points before round 10.
◦ Jessie is not supposed to be beatable in this version.

Game doesn't seem too bad once you get over how the system works. Shame it's buggy as hell with a lot of content/options not appearing (locked classroom after 1st attempt, following dana to shopping mall, access to suburbs, etc.)

i read the script, you could read it yourself and see all the mechanics behind the game.

(Though I'm not going to do it myself. Seems very immersion-breaking).
