either you mean the waterfall in the North of the town, where Astra is bathing each morning, except thursday... than it's Eric.
Or you talk about the waterfall in the Forest, dureing the Evening when Fina is takeing her bath.

Every thread about a game that is somewhat more complex than the average click to skip, you'll find plenty of people losing their heads over many game "walls" at which they're stuck. Instead of asking why, you're better of asking who actually thinks of using the search function lmao
