Blackadder, Skyla's model. She certainly looks like SJ (this unsightly chubby little one, sr never liked this actress, especially after GitS adaptation was ruined and not without her participation), but this is only facial similarity and nothing more. A lot of other models are made on same principle (similar to Angelina Jolie, Anne Hathaway etc).

I'm not sure that Blackadder's models are selfcreated. I just tried to offer digging direction. This is the first "such" model I have encountered, which could mean that source should be looked for somewhere there... but, like everything in this world, this isn't certain. You can certainly do intensive and directional "drilling", but I don't have special interest in this. Network is immense: Qui quaerit, reperit.
