The descriptive wording on some things in settings has never been clear as to what effect they have imo.
This isn't the best way, but I've been going into the package files and looking at what animations are replaced. Click the "Warehouse" tab and go down the list of animations. Some animation names make sense, others don't but you'll probably get the gist of it.
I believe your problem is that you've got a rigged penis mod which is conflicting with WW. Something like this happened to a lot of folks some time last year I think. Removing your bad cc should solve the problem.
Compared with Lifeline's recent updates these 2 are rather... sedate? No "breath play" and no dirty feet on faces (I'm looking at you @ThroughRoseColoredGlasses ). Maybe the medication and/or therapy worked.

If you have Nisa's Wicked Perversions installed you can try "Give Dix", an option in the Shift+Click menu under "WP Extras". I haven't tried it yet, mainly because I'm scared that it's a Beetlejuice type thing where you can't get rid of it once you summon it. Not without Geena Davis riding a sandworm, that is.
Try the Lunar Eclipse penis. It is the only one really made for the shape of the feminine frame. Turbodriver posted a version on LL for the new body selector system.
