She is in the bookstore in east town. Go to the building behind the food market and go into the one furthest to the left and she will be in there.

I have a problem with Jet quest where you need to steal pants. The problem is I spoke with the old man before buying the rope. So I buy the rope, and when I back to High neighborhood the arrows disappeared.

You have to wait until the evening and/or dawning hours to do this as it won't work in the day time. I usually buy the rope prior to said mission to avoid said issue myself.

Its not bug go around 19-21 hour time period and you need to have rope before doing mission to avoid so called bugs

You know if you read the walkthrough attached to the original post of this thread you would have known that there is a rope in the mailbox in front of Daisy's house. Then you would have never traveled out of High Neighborhood and could have avoided this whole mess in the first place. Everybody wants to build shit without reading the manual. Hopefully you have it saved before you left High Neighborhood.
But seriously Mistress_Kixen and Cyrus are correct, if you talk to the old man and he asks you to get panties a switch is turned on that controls whether you can check the houses. When the switch is on, you can check them between 19:00 and 23:00. The switch doesn't get turned off until after you give the panties to the old man. Just go back and check your time of day on your phone to make sure you are there at the right time.

Wow never knew about the rope in the mailbox but then again when I first did the mission and read the walkthrough it was an older version so at that point I don't think there was one there at the time (hence there being a rope buyable in a shop from back in the older versions of the game to now.) But I guess that is my fault seeing as while I do read the walkthroughs I tend to only read the newer quests I didn't do in the older versions.
Though I have to ask do you know if some of the shortcuts and tips that were mentioned were put into some of the modded versions or even remade versions of the walkthrough? Cause to be honest if they weren't they should be seeing as some of them can help you save time or in other cases save you from having to reset if you run into a bug.
Question about save editors, this game recommends the online one. I find most of his variables do not even show up. My save editor is even worse. Something i am doing wrong ok is there a good editor i can use?
