The compressed versions of games are done by users on our site, all they do is reduce the image quality by 90% to make the download size smaller. No content is lost.
Thanks for the answer, I understand now x). As for this game, I have a question about the new update. Looked at the change-log but I'm not sure if new content was added to the story before the ending, meaning I don't know whether or not I should restart the game or continue where the previous version ended. Not sure if ALL the content is shown after the ending.

Image size (not quality) is reduced by up to 90%. Although Image quality is also reduced, but it is hardly noticeable and I guess at most it would be around 30% image quality reduction (my guess and a stretch, which is barely noticeable)
