??? Do you mean the video is not showing up or that you don't have the camera yet or that you can't figure out how to plant the camera?
There is a RNG element to the video showing up so it may take a couple of weeks.
If you don't have the camera yet, you are way ahead of where you should be and check the walkthrough in the opening post.
You have to raise your relationship by mowing the yard and then talk to the neighbor and ask for a glass of water so you have a chance to plant the camera or other things at the neighbors house.

Also: use the Spy Cam which you use at home. So when mowing the lawn, be sure to have the Cam in your inventory.
While "just wait" pan to the TV and place the Cam. Next week, do the same to "download video" and "pick up cam".
1 - Get caught getting BJ from mom

Don´t know why, but after I´ve played this game for a long time, it doesn´t seem to motivate me that much anymore. I think it´s because I´ve already conquered most of the characters. Even though he makes updates per updates, it´s just nothing new, triggering to have more sex scenes (besides new characters). Where is the developer going with this game? Storywise doing something?

When you have gone far enough 'rubbing' mom's feet, the option of 'take picture' should become available (it's with Jason's phone which is always available, not the Spy Cam). Unless you cheated too much and the switch necessary to take mom's picture is not set by missing a previous action.
