The problem is that when you start to train with one of them, the other two get booted out. Although *supposedly* if they all train on their own without Null, they do build up friendship.

Think of it more as when they're training, they're having to be far more professional and focused on the training. When they're at the pool or in class, it's a more relaxed setting and an atmosphere that lends itself more to fostering a friendship.
Have you modded the game or is it a bug? You actually can't get anal before vaginal, which is making me and some of the other anal only brethren in this thread sad, and It would make me immensely happy to know how to achieve it. I was under the impression it was literally impossible due to how they coded their systems, but if it's happening to you it mean it IS possible.
It might just be this current patch. I'm pretty sure it didn't let me in previous patches but Rogue and Laura both did anal long before their sex scenes (still haven't gotten Laura's) Jean spreads her legs so fast it's really hard to tell. I remember before you had to warm them up with buttplugs first.

And I don't think patience is an issue, I've literally scoured this whole site from top to bottom at least 4 times hunting for the virgin buttslut fetish, and we have, what, 4 or 5 threads where we have lists of all of them. When a game shows even the slightest inkling of this possibility it goes on the watchlist, and I have learned to check some of these, roughly, every 2 years just for the chance rofl.
Based on the tone of the post I read this, it's not a choice of the devs, just the way the code went. If the player goes to train in the danger room, other characters are kicked out of the room. If they're not in the room together they can't train together. They might change this later but I doubt it's a priority.
My best bet? At a certain Harem size some girls will add friendship to multiple girls in the harem while hanging out with just one. Maybe only the least friendly types will need individual friendship building time.
Yeah, it couldn't be done on previous patches. After your comment, I restarted from the start and installed a mod, so I can't be sure if it was just the mod, or just the patch, or some combination of both, but I got it to work, so that's a win in my book.
Anal before sex became possible in 0.4 with all the changes it brought. Although, as shiny's said previously, there are plans future characters who may actively seek out or prefer anal first. "Anal only" won't be a thing tho
Can you clarify what you mean by anal only won't be possible? Since it already is possible. I just chose not to be in a relationship with the girls, which means I don't have to go through the whole first time sex dialogue and everything works as I'd want it to work.
