So, I came back to this game after playing the 0.2b version and I've got to say that there have been a lot of improvements in this short period of time.

The general feel of the UI is better, the kinks and personalities of the girls are better fleshed out (pamper me jean onee-chan pls) and the progression feels more natural and less grindy: the grind is still there but compared to other games TNH is far less time-consuming and advancing the main story is actually beneficial to the conquest of the girls.

The only thing that I found weird (and if I'm not mistaken someone already pointed it out) is that I pursued Jean first and after having enough love and trust I obtained her permission to start a serious relationship with the others; as soon as I DARED to smile at Laura she pulled a Goku on me by instantly teleporting wherever I was at the moment and throwing a tantrum about it.
She calmed down after a couple of days, but it was quite jarring.

Aside from that, I had a blast playing and I have to agree that the game is far more "dating sim" than "trainer", which I'm completely fine with; also the first thing that I thought about the man-rabbit in the background was "what the hell is Frank from Donnie Darko doing in here?".

Overall, just keep at it, this game is already very good and with the new content coming up (hopefully soon) it will become even better.

What do you mean weird? This sounds exactly like Jean, perfectly in character and all. joke

I look forward to the time when the other patreon shades aren't a fucking jumpscare.
I laugh at your suffering.

I look forward to learning how much alcohol Shiny has to ingest before building up the nerve to start reading this board.
I'm actually straight edge.

The only thing I allow to poison my body is caffeine.

This. We're working on it fellas.

Bringing them to the danger room does not foster friendship.
I'll make sure to remind the dev team to include this in the next update if it hasn't been already.

Oh! I never thought about doing that.
Thanks!
Basically any time they spend together on the map, even without Null, helps up their friendship. 'Cept when the player trains in the danger room. That apparently kicks all the other characters from the room. If you get them to a certain friendship level they're more likely to hangout without player intervention, which'll continue to improve their friendship. The earlier you get them hanging out the less you'll have to do it on purpose.

So I shouldn't make my character a Lovecraftian horror then?
Fine... I'll cross it off the list...

Do you do like the Muslims, particularly Turks? They can't (or at least aren't supposed to) drink alcohol, so instead they have coffee strong enough to wake someone from a coma?

Nah I have one soda a day, two if it's a special occasion.

Straight edge ain't a religious thing.

I wouldn't say this is strictly related to religions. there's a surprising amount of people who try to limit the amount of caffeine intake to improve their health. if what you say is right, I remember how Ezio from AC2 first tried coffee brought to his acquaintance by a Turkish man and he commented about it being bitter and adding milk lol

Yeah, I noticed.

could this potentially play into learning about new mutants awakening their powers leading to them being brought to the school? if so, that could help Null to understand how lucky he was to be found and what had to be done to find him
I mean, yeah? That's literally what Cerebro does. If I were to hazard a guess, we are gonna see it in action in the end of this little Endless Eight arc (cookie for whoever gets this reference... and a hug for the PTSD), with Xavier sensing the return of Farouk.

I meant would we possibly see the process of it being actively used and Professor Xavier explaining how he used it which could lead into explaining how he used it to find Null and if he was searching at that moment for anyone in particular or just randomly found Null before knowing what he could do

Ahhhh, I see what you mean now.

Maybe, I could see and interaction of Xavier and Null going like that whenever we get an intro to Cerebro.
