I'm a bit curious... what kind of sexual content are you expecting from this game? You want to get fucked by a rotting corpse you fucking freaks?

First and foremost calm down buddy, you're the one missing the point here but in case I'm not clear enough let me explain with a bit more details. RE5 does indeed has the things you mentioned but you forgot a very important part, the "naked" part is just a mod not officially supported and the "oral" is not sexual, furthermore the game has a "mature 17+" rating if you forgot, you being able to mod it is on you and not the game, unlike this wich have a more obvious focus on the "sexy dressing" part (to be debated though given what other fellow members have said until now).
That being said let's say you're on the money with your statement (although is pretty much a good example of whataboutism, but bear with me for a second) and RE5 wouls be considered "adult" and someone would like to post one with nude mods and such, big difference is, MetalStar Studio is a small chinese indie studio, hardly belive they'd pursue legal action against the uploader/site let alone have the economic resources to do so... Capcom in the other hand, good luck battling them in court (let's not forget thei'r whole war against mods they're on right now came originated from a Chun Li nude mod on a tournament and they having to fight mods because their public image). All in all, you have a point but you streched it way too much and still doesn't make any argument of why this or any other "no sexual content" game should or not belong to the site.
I agree with you 99%. Referring to the Steam platform. Skyrim, although there are mods mainly in Russian, with not only erotic content but also porn and bestiality. Steam or Bethesda have classified Skyrim and Oblivion as adult games, which is strange because a pure game has no adult content.
I asked the question out of pure curiosity because the game is really good. I'm waiting for this game to be available for purchase on Steam because I love zombie-themed games. why has none just made a sex mod? like just change the animation of grab make it longer if player fails the break out. they have grabs so why not edit that.

I did several tests about when he enters the bathroom
I moved the camera down the towel and it seems that it does have a vagina made by the creator and also added a little light to make it look better (I didn't use any nude mod)
Now let's go when he's taking a bath
Now I brought the camera closer and it turns out that it also has a nipple (remember that I didn't use any nude mod)
And lastly I moved the camera down and added more light.

Yeah Ikr, although it's probably because the same reason GTA V was rated as AO 18+ for a bit before going back to M 17+, though point still remains as indie game = you can get away with cracking (if needed) and sharing, big spotlight games such as those you have mentioned so far = big time no, no, unless you want their layers up your ass (and the site's too XD).
Zero28 Yeah, as I mentioned before, the models do have everything rendered already, it was just locked on the code so you can't see it to comply with law regulations over in China and is the reason the first way to get a proper "nude" was with cheat engine and does support the argument of the devs aim for the comunity to do the part they can't ( a.k.a. modding).

Using UUU (Unreal Engine unlocked) I use the latest version V4.6.12 ( The latest version is better because you add more stuff in between that more lights like the pictures above mine) I also use one for Unreal Engine 5 which the latest version is V5.1.5

Regarding this particular case my guess would be that the people who possess the required skills to pull off something like that couldn't give less fucks about some cheap Chinese Resident Evil ripoff and even if they do, the game is not even in Early Access yet. There's very little sense in creating complicated mods for a game where pretty much everything can change before actual release.
