OK, so I think I deleted Part 1's portable data for Part 2 and can't complete the game anymore as nothing really happens anymore. any solution to generate it again?

Your files should still be there. If you go to Start - Run, type "%appdata%" (without the quotes), then select the "RenPy" folder.
In there will be a folder there called "THEINNR", which contains your saves.
Unless you already went there & deleted them, too.
I still have the save files tho , those don't work in part 2? Right? And when run the part 1 , its just in living room , nothing triggers to generate the file you need for part 2 , or am i getting the part 2 process wrong

Have you tried loading your save?
I went from v0.09.02 (end of Chapter 1) straight to v1.00.00 (Chapter 2) without any issue.
I don't recall there being any process at all, apart from loading my previous save.
There was no new content in v1.00.00. Looking at the Changelog, it doesn't seem that there is anything new to do in v1.01.01.
I guess , I didn't explain it right, problem is inn part 2 requires something (not the save file) from part 1 , can be wrong tho, it detects part 1 data automatically and I don't have that ,i do have my part 1 save but opening it in part 2 well breaks the game (obviously) and in part 1 there's nothing to do
So in general my question is how to get part 1 to load in part 2

Which version is your save from?
As I said, I had no problem loading my manual save from the end of Chapter 1, at the start of Chapter 2.
IDK why yours isn't working, which is why it might be helpful to know how old that save is, i.e. which version it was saved in.

My save from v1.00.00 didn't work, either.
But after the exception error, I chose "Ignore", I then got to choose to load my save from the end of Chapter 1.
Clicked "ignore" still no chapter 1 data found, welp guess i was finding the reason to replay it either way to see the changes made , thanks tho, i will try saving from the newer version and test it again one more time

There's no point of a patch until the family returns to the game.
I didn't have any problem importing the patched version from ch 1 into ch 2 ... and you can't "load" a save from ch 1 at all, so I don't think your worry will apply here.

Try without the patch, you won't need it for the latest update, as others have said.
