OK, I will admit, that was a good one. Because among the real CRAZY stuff happening around the world, this thing seems very believable 
I was sooo ready to activate [keyboard warrior]-mode and RAGE about the unavoidable purge of some games and tags that F95 would have to go through if that was the case Just imagine the censorship purge... Oh! and imagine "you can't click on this excellent game because it's a [patreon premium] "

funny thing is that I just did a funny April Fools joke barely an hour ago, and yet I got spooked for a minute or two until I realized the website linked was a parody website.

Took me until reading the PR to get the deep implications, deeper than the Patreon CEO's history on this site, to simmer. But are you sure that Patreon is the right choice, or have you engaged in discussion with them while, on the side, having a pre-written deal with Tumblr?
