do you know how long it takes to re appeal, or how long they allow him to make changes to what they object? Because he might already try 20 builds by the time we hear its accepted, or not.
Same time, if there is any objection about any part of the game, you have to send another complete build with the change.
And for rejected ones, you can't send it again with the same name (Inceton changes the names and sends it as a new build for example).

I'm too old for this shit called Steam "achievements", it feels like giving toddlers a smiley for eating everything from plate or going to the potty all alone...
Eh, not really. Unless you're 60-70+ you're not to old for them, you're just a grumpy ass. :D

Achievements are good to push people to do different things in a game, try new strats, etc that they might not do otherwise.

Thanks for the responses about the beta status everyone. That wasn't a bash, just haven't played this game in a year or two, rebuilt my PC and wasn't sure if the full release was going to be soon, I'd way to DL it again until then. :)

For me this image was/is/will be the eternal SG banner. (and she's not even close to my favorite LI, but the quality and level of detail Ocean achieved here is incredible).
Eh, it's fine, not "incredible" to me but everyone has their own standards and such.

If she isn't one of the main ones (if not "The" main one) I wouldn't want her on the cover art. People would be too focused on her (since she's on the cover) thinking she's mega important but in reality, she's just a side piece for a quickie.

Nami, Bella "Devs fav" or whoever else that is important (summer?) should be on the cover. Hell, all 3/4 whatever with different faces on each of them with a line splitting them in the game cover so they all have a piece.

Lips, I mean, yeah, those are for sucking, mostly for talking.

29 images on Steam, 5 are from the board game? Can it be considered bait?
If you mean the screenshots, it could be, yeah.

I hate those RPGM AVNs that show off the renders of the game (that look amazing) but when you see the actual game/gameplay, it looks like shite/a mess (to me). Most of those don't even show the in-game gameplay scenes, just the renders.

I think he should change them and just add some screenshots of the actual game (like the being handcuffed to the door render would get people like "hmm, wtf is going on there?) maybe the basketball/intro renders and not a game within a game (I hate that whole tabletop stuff) could have made actual story progression scenes with them instead of playing make believe. That's just me.

Okay I'm curious about this, because all the creators of this kind of games always have these problems with their computers. Jesus Christ man I had a computer for a year without cleaning and somehow the bastard never let me down. Definitely these cases are very curious.

SSDs die faster the MORE you use them, by design.
so if he is a 'heavy' user, it will go that much faster, especially with mid-tier hardware or lower.

They don't do anything to last anymore.
Nah, it's just the underlying tech. And there's no real warning sign, they work perfectly until they don't. SSD's are also the least sexy thing to upgrade, but one of the most important. I don't churn through data as fast as a graphics renderer, but getting expensive SSDs is crucial; speed increases from faster disk access are wild, and the price is always going down. Chances are the burnt out disk is a pretty old generation, and Ocean can get a bigger one with better speed and more reliability cheaper than the one that died.

and should have set up a RAID system for just such crashes, just like any responsible business would... oh wait...
