One way of getting a lot of impregnation is to take dystopia, choose a mother you can impregnate, you will get octuplets, So you will start with 9 impregnation.

3. Just skip to the end

Be really good, aka lots of seductions, or really evil, aka lots of rape. Probably need 8 or 9.
Do you have to get three endings in a single playthrough to unlock NG+? I've gotten 3 different endings, but not gotten any of the bonus options.
Yes, continue from the same save. If you look on the left, the red circles mean you completed x ending. When you load up, it starts with a fresh clean file, not your previous playthrough, you need to load it.
