Those events are part of the story. Most of MC harem never tell that they have sex with him cause they love him. They are not cheating on Max. I think you can avoid only two game events where third person does something with Max family members. Player might also ignore all Ann+Eric events in bedroom, bathroom or next to tv.

You should progress Olivia's branch up to fourth visit.
I checked the walkthrough and I have done the scenes with Vika, but it doesn't look like I have the prerequisites for the next step in the walkthrough. Is anybody able to provide any insight on what I should be doing to progress further? I have attached my save file.

Meet Vicky in the bar at 17 after v.22 events start. Check is for second event with Ann and Lisa in the kitchen.
You are still in original game content in main story. Only hot coffee went into mod content. At this stage your hot coffee progress is as far as it can go.
Help Ann with bills on Monday or you lose access to some events.
So should I still be relying on the opportunities for hints on how to progress? They don't seem to provide too much information on what I should doing differently than what I already have been trying to progress any of the ones I have that aren't marked as completed.
I usually do give her money for bills, just haven't recently in the save file since I have been cycling through days quick trying different things to try and trigger anything new.
Is this something way down the line or what I should be trying to trigger next to progress?
You are in v.11 content and event is in 0.22. Lots of main story events to do before you get new events with Vicky.
Your Ann is not going to work in the evening and does not offer any lessons for Lisa. So your changing roles opportunity is not finished or story with Lisa has not advanced far enough. You can't get events with Lisa on Alice's stream as you never advanced Blog opportunity far enough.
Your blog opportunity progress is way back. Watch Alice on website, undress her completely and use extra dialog option, which allows to leave early and go somewhere else. You should have done that earlier. No idea if delaying Blog for that long did not mess up with changing roles and story progress overall.
You are still in original game content and guides for it are on other forum thread.
EDIT: it took about two ingame weeks to advance Blog content that you ignored. After event with Alice inviting Lisa to a stream, Lisa will start working on her lessons with Ann and it is the grindiest part of original game. I won't bother advancing your save further to check if progress is not broken.

You are missing Changing roles opportunity. After movies Alice's behavior in bed changed and Max can offer more protection against spiders. Start scaring her with spiders again. If you get three dialog options when she is not satisfied with Max just removing some clothing, select first or second option. If you get only two options, select "Me too" one. Not the bottom one. Third option is repeatable event from mod that does not advance story. After protecting Alice from spiders three or more times Max can talk to Lisa and invite her to watch how spider protection works. Then next spider protection event will start Changing roles opportunity. See original game guides about it. After that Lisa will train with Ann, Ann will start going to work in the evening and Max will have have to massage sore body parts to help Ann. If he helps correctly, original game content will end and you will start 0.16 mod content.
You could also let Ann punish sisters for things that they did not do to improve Max's authority. Although I think it is not checked at this point in game.
Max might also try punishing Alice at 23:00, when Kate visits her. If you never saw those events.

I played the completed mod, so I can't tell where individual versions stop/start. if you say where you've left off, I can find it that way if no one else can help
When friends upgrade all of their cheats to the last level or close to the last level, when MAX goes to sleep at night, the game freezes, there is no progress and nothing can be done. Why is this problem caused. I would appreciate your help.

You are at the start of mod content. Wednesday 23:00 Ann's bedroom. Renew lessons with Lisa.
