For the ones that were looking for a Daz Conversion (I think maxheadroom is one, but I may be wrong)...
Sorry, I gave up for lack of time (and also, because it turns out the models existing for Daz have a face more adeherent to the original, although not being a Lara Croft player, I like a lot the one from Wildeer).
Here you have the progress, if someone wants to continue, I can even try to make a file and pass it next week.
Exporting as object and then importing inside Daz and transferring the rigging from a G8 model works, but even if you size it adequately and try to position it in the same way, you will need to adjust the bones rigging (the position of the released model from Wildeer is not a "traditional" A or T position), and the weight maps for the movement do not transfer perfectly, so you would have to correct those also.
The model from Wildeer does not have full rigging and the feet in Blender are apparently posed with an edit of the mesh, which complicates getting them in a "neutral" (Daz-style) A or T pose.
Exporting as object and trying to import as morph is a seemingly easier way, but no go. The number of vertices and polygons is different, even setting at base level on both sides (and it is not a n integer, so it is not a matter of subdivisions).
There is a modifier that can allow to modify the number of polygons in Blender, and in theory could help align them, but I did not manage to get to an exact match.
Another possibility is to use a small add-on that allows in Blender to transfer the shape from one mesh to another, adapting evern if the number of polygons is not identical. Export a G8F to Blender, then use the add-on to transfer the shape of Wildeer's Lara to the G8F, reimport it, and you have a morph.
Even bought the addon, but unfortunately, it does not work with Wildeer's model, because that addon does not support keyshapes. Tried to use an add-on to bake them in, but did not work, for whatever reason.
It seems the simplest way in the end if for someone who knows how to sculpt in Blender, to use Wildeer's lara as model to sculpt/modify a G8F in Blender, and send it back to Daz.
Or possibly, to try importing anyway in Daz and then modify the mesh of a G8F in Daz till when it looks like Wildeer's Lara.
