You either know her fetish and thus it will show or you dont and it will not show up. So going from your description you (the MC is you not YOU as in rl you) actually dont know her fetish since it doesnt show in the phone menu.

If you lowered inhibition by forcing them to wear revealing clothing or whatever then it actually aims to be at 40, not 0. Once you get to 40 you need to remove that and then lower inhibition in other ways.

No you dont. It looks like for fetishes some of the regular 'preferences' have been ignored. What i wrote in the hint is actually an obvious activity considering how the talks begin and what she reveals during them.

BUT ive seen in some mode pages , that this game can t be played without mods, so my question is.. how should i play this?

Mods are almost required as there is an incredible amount of grind in the stock game. It is an open world game and all content cannot be obtained in one trip through the game so the mods speed up some of the frequency of random events and increase the likelihood of success.

But if you haven't ever played the game and are just now thinking about starting it, I would hold off for a bit. The dev has stated that v 0.30 will require a new game as it is a milestone release and lots of things are scheduled to change under the hood and old saves will not be compatible. So anything you accomplish in the next few weeks will all have to be redone when the v0.30 drops.

As for which mods you should use in the game, take a look in the mod threads and decide what you think will help you with what might bother you about the grind in the stock game.

and Billy must gain a level of resistance before he can learn each new power
