I find it amazing the fact that there's always a discussion in this site going on about NTR.. and Gameil are you sure that the netori in the genre section is correct? This looks at max a netorare since it's the wife of the protagonist. Anyways from my point of view cheating usually refers to a general sense and NTR is usually used when its a asiatic game (not exclusive to and asiatic because its mainly Japan but not only Japan) or its used to describe a specific type of cheating (like very specific).
