I seem to have run into a bug. I just had Liz give birth in a back alley, and now she's stuck with her boobs not covered, which I gather means she's "dishevelled", even though AFAIK I've never met this exhibitionist Rosalie, who I see from searching the posts here is supposed to be involved. I've tried pressing "w" but nothing happens. I'm wondering whether, if I find and talk to this Rosalie, it will give me control over it. If so, where do I find her?
Well that was odd. Talking to her did seem to fix my clothes, Liz being shown as fully dressed once more. But then when I tried to work in the bar, the head waitress still said: "You can't work like that. Go and put on some clothes."
Unfortunately the only thing you can do now is view the exhibitionist event to gain the ability to dishevel clothes to fix it. There may be other scenes you can do that end up fixing it but that one is the only one I can guarantee will let you fix it.
Thanks. I did eventually find Rosalie which led to the exhibitionist event. But even that didn't seem to fix it. Hitting the "w" key still didn't do anything, and taking off and putting on her clothes via Equip didn't help. In the end I gave up and went back to an earlier save, though it meant losing about an hour's progress.
