Did you use the Drug-X on Emma and Kelly at the pool?
You need to do that to join them.

The nicotine is for Adriana so you need to talk to her before it becomes available.

100. Go to the Pharmacy shop. Wait until Kelly is busy. Click on "Check cabinet". There is a 50 % chance to open the cabinet unnoticed.
Also there is a 50 % chance to find the Medicine or a Buttplug inside. First try to find the Buttplug. Choose to buy the Buttplug for $50 or to steal it.
If the cabinet is empty and Kelly didn't notice you, you can open another cabinet.

I am following the walkthrough but i am stuck with Emma. I can watch her mastrubate on the sofa by sneaking into the backyard. According to the walkthrough, at some point i should be able to step in while she mastrubate but it is never happening.
Any idea of what i could have missed that trigger this interaction?

There are two solutions for those who can't run the Mac version:

If game doesn't launch due to "unidentified developer". Open System Preferences and go to Security & Privacy, and make sure the General tab is selected.

I had same problem. It seems to be a permission problem - execute right is missing:
To solve open Terminal and change to directory where you have extracted the file
cd <directory>/TheTwist024MAC.app/Contents/MacOS
chmod a+x TheTwist024MAC
Now it works

To succeed you need 160+ score with Emma.

someone got a billypath save ? i dont want to replay everything again even with cheats it takes a large amount of time! or just explain what i have to do if i reset the billy path with the cheat menu it seems to do nothing

Instead of resetting Billy's path, which actually disables Billy's path,
press [Tell about Janice at the beach] and [Give photos from pool] in the Cheats screen to enable Billy's path.

The quest are not complete when I'm using Cheat menu
About the ( Kelly and Emma Pool )
There is Only One Option to Watch Them only If I'm Not Using Cheat menu
And if I'm Using Cheat Menu Then There is Two Option
( Join Them )
( Watch Them )
And Next Time When I'm Going to Do that Again that Stuff Same there i need to Use Cheat menu Again...
