Maybe I'm missing something but I don't see this "Added black makeup options for face" as an option anywhere but also, add an option to make her thighs thicker so it matches her ass, so it all looks proportionate.

Jokes apart, it's the gpu. The game can run smoothly on machines twice as old as yours.
Never had one, but I remember reading that the Quadro (although powerful) was a disaster for gaming.
Maybe getting the latest graphic driver and make sure you have all the directX needed (older included) might do something, but not sure

Guys, what is the difference between versions 5 and 7? I just found out about the existence of this game today and I don’t know anything about it. And why is version 7 not stable, what’s wrong with it? Thank you in advance

version 7 has a photomode that i don't think was in V5 yet. Some other small things like being able to spank Tara during sex scenes and new cosmetics. No new areas or enemies.
What about the instability in version 7. Is there any point in downloading it or does it freeze completely?

how can you enter first person in cutscenes?
In any of the open areas just press H to call the horse.
Press E to mount the horse.
If you have collected any purple flowers you can press E to feed them to the horse if you stand close to his head.
When you have summoned the horse you also get access to an extra pane in the inventory.
