There is a wide variety of incest when it comes to ban, or not banned based on law's wich differ only so little in every country.

A lot of western country's incest is legal.
but it comes with a catch... blood related marriage is forbidden, while sex is allowed in some/most in secrecy so to speak.
Steph related family does not count. because it is not possible in most cases....
there are lots of cases where kids of both side had a relationship before the marriage of their parent.
so this deems impossible to forbid by law in most country's.
wich is the case of steam considering their lawbase differ per country.
the most common reason for any providers online to ban it, is the taboo wich stirs unwanted attetion.
while there is no law whatsoever preventing any of them. (This depends ofcourse on where you are. the forbidden states/country's are not that many as those where legal)

Not a bad set up but please remove the annoying B.S. little games that interrupt the story flow. It just makes the game not worth playing. Along with destroying any build up in the players mind for enjoyment. Maybe someone could make a mod to avoid these little annoying stops along the path so one can actually enjoy the story.
The art work is great but these little stops and interuptions to proceed forward is not worth the trouble. Good luck.
