Try NTleas emulator.

I have fixed the things you need to delete your saves, It seems like the save files are interfering with the game somehow so deletion of saves is necessary.

When i try to open the game by Locate Emulator i have this error:

You need to run it on Locale Simulator. download it from Github, install it, and right click the exe for the game, and select "Locale Emulator" > "Run in Japanese"
