Hard to say, either Witch Trainer (Silver mod) or iNSight of you. The latter, I basically went into it with zero expectations due to Honey Select. I finished edging 6 hours later when I had to get ready for work and was just about reaching the end of the content. What these have in common is funny writing, trainer/maledom/corruption themes and (fluff) gameplay that metes out the (actually quite substantial) ero-content over several hours. They absolutely wouldn't have been as satisfying if they'd just been KNs/VNs or galleries.

Probably Artificial Academy 2. The first time I managed to get into the pants of a really chaste character I had been chasing for what felt like hours. God damn that was a good fap.

Witch Trainer had one of the hottest sex scenes ever, and that was the only one for hours. I gave up, way too much plot and mini-games. I bet it has some cool sex scenes after but I don't have the patience to find out.

Yeah, good game. The quests are hard to follow sometimes, especially after you stopped playing for a while and come back months later(situation I'm in rn)
The first one that came to mind is the Light of My Life the first lesbian scene with the two daughters the way NaughtyRoad built up to it was what every "Slow Burn" needs to understand the scene has to be worth all the build-up and it 100% was, one of my top 5 scenes in any porn game.
The Second in the sense of theme is Pale Carnations as a whole that game just hits all my fetish and the story is actually one of my favorites on this site.

Yeah it's an epic game though, I was hella mad when I got through all the contnent. I didn't even give me a warning, I played and all of a sudden there were no more quests
, brought a tear to my eyeI was very similar with Super Deep Throat too. Similar age when I happened upon it, and same story. Hard for days and just kept going back for more until I was sore.
A while after that, I discovered the Meet n Fuck flash games, and it was a similar story. And then a few anime based Japanese games where they had the player answer some trivia or complete a quest, and you'd get to have sex with the girl.
But by and large, for me the biggest thing is that it needs to be a game that has a lot of gradual content, and allows the player to move up step by step. Either you get the girls to wear less clothing, or act sluttier, or have increasingly lewd sex acts. That's why I love sandbox games much, much more than hallway VNs. Its the interaction that does it for me, and with that, I can sometimes edge for two hours or more, hard as a rock, until I finally come across a scene where I can't take it any more and explode all over myself. Its such an incredibly satisfying experience.
My best games for this would definately include Max (and absolute masterpiece of porn, especially chapters 2 and 3), Willy D, Summertime Saga, Treasure of Nadia, and more recently The Hard Way.

Yarg har har...there's a couple of games that fit the bill, but specifically in terms of scenes :
Waifu Academy - the Wall Dildo replace scene, basically your father is away and your step mom is pleasuring herself with a dildo, she fixates it to the wall and the MC makes a mental note of it, later in the game he makes a hole in the wall and replaces the dildo with his penis. Solvalley School - any Stella or Tifa scene + Aurora/Miranda scene + the beach scene with the librarian, this game definitely has a lot of other great scenes though and it's finished, so you don't have to wait around, tons of content. The main drawback of the game is the ugly MC, but you can try to ignore him and his nose.
And most recently, Grandma's House - the Karen toilet anal scene, you know what Karens do in stores, you take her hand and lead her to the toilet where you spank and then put it in her ass after she wouldn't shut up.

I'd say I personally enjoy games with a lot of permanent and one-time encounters/sex scenes that are animated, non-sandbox games with a lot of choices that help portray myself onto the MC and that have very creative ways to either get to sex, have sex or both (ideally). From the games and characters listed, I don't think I have a type, although I definitely have a preference for larger tits or ass. The face and hair is equally important I'd say.
Also yeah I prefer Honey Select/Koikatu games although I don't mind Daz or any other Western games if they have good models. I did beat games like WMV and BeingADiK and enjoyed them, but they don't really have a standout scene IMO.
