Same for me and i think is never fixed if not fix first the certificate problem. I run my sys with BitDefender and say how block conection because :
chrome.exe attempted to establish a connection relying on an expired certificate to attachments.f95zone.com. We blocked the connection to keep your data safe since websites must renew their certificates with a certification authority to stay current, and outdated security certificates represent a risk.
Add to exceptions
So this is and Chrome say's :
Your connection is not private
Attackers might be trying to steal your information from attachments.f95zone.to (for example, passwords, messages, or credit cards). Learn more
NET::ERR_CERT_DATE_INVALID
This is not your Sys fault is some setings from server so probably ned to wait for fix this.
