RPGM - Completed - Yokoshima Health Check Clinic [Final] [Monotool]

Thank you God, with normal translation real easy, with Japanese it’s a bullshit.
We hope that the monotool will release couple of masterpieces. Because he makes very nice and uncomplicated games.
And smaller then 1-2GB

Gameplay:
+ an easy-to-follow map, nothing too complicated
+/- Basically a walking and talking simulator. There are barely quests.

Frequency of scenes:
+ Many sexual encounters. The more you progress, the more touchy they get with you

Dialogues:
+/- The amount is ok. Some scenes have more text, some less.
- No real story. It is a fantasy setup, a hospital where women's health is not checked up, but they are fucked.

--> All in one: The game is ok. Nothing special, but fine for something quick. A few easy quests here and there, but mostly a walking simulator. Sexual content is okay, but game-wise I would only give 2 or 3 of 10.

Should I give it a try?
You can, if you want to. But don't expect a real game. You mostly walk around, solve a few very easy riddles and then just meet&fuck.

Honestly... Play one game from this dev and you've played them all. If it's your first from this dev, this is a high 3 stars at best. If it's your third, we're in 2 star range.

You run around, pick the dumbest and least favorable options for the character in every opportunity so you don't miss a scene, grab the occasional item that's around something else to get a scene from and then take that item to someplace to progress.

There's no real quality of writing, especially through this AI translation, it's just your bogstandard "uwaa I'm being molested!!" type deal, so don't show up for that. There's no real gameplay beyond some basic chase sequences that are trivialized by bad pathing and the sprint button, so that's out. The art is what's left, and while the pixel art is good, it's also nothing spicy.

Frankly, this is one of those "games" where you would almost certainly have a better time just looking up regular porn, as there's nothing else to draw out of the experience between scenes than tedium. But hey, it's not too long of a game and it isn't actively painful to get those scenes, and the scenes themselves are at least middling quality, so that puts it above quite a few 1 and 2 star games on this site.

Lets be real, almost same model, animations, RPGM engine. At some point enough is enough.

Female MC is always in rapy situations with 0 reactions, animations are the same and are censured. Clothing system at best is change of sprite and changes almost nothing.

Also im around 99% sure its the same female model all the time with little variation of the face.

Terrible game.
The translation is horrible and makes to sense.
The woman is just get raped at every corner but she is denser than the typical anime protagonist.
Also this is supposedly focused on the Doctor/Clinic fetish but 90% of all scenes are just random boring sex scenes where she gets molested.
This game makes no sense.
Is the art good enough to justify a horrible story and shitty gameplay where you just walk from A to B?
No the art is even worse.
Overall this is beyond bad. Save your time.

It's a solid pixel scene collector, nothing more nothing less. You go to a place, say "yes", then usually get tricked into sex. Sometimes you'll need an item, sometimes you won't. It's extremely straight forward, and would normally be 3 stars. However...pixel art is amazing, so it deserves to be bumped up to 4.
