It's pretty much the current standard for hentai now-a-days. Never really got why. Maybe the animators just never really feel their penis's and pussies are drawn to their own standards so they made up a censorship regulation in order to blur away their need to stress over it. LOL
Game looks really good btw.

Actually most JAV or Japanese games, visual novels, (or porn) releases have "mosaics" - which in themselves are not considered censored!!

If you're talking about mosaics (blured) images your going to have little luck on this - since practically every Japanese-origin visual novel, game etc., has that. (Required by Japanese law).
Localization - sometimes - "de-mosaics " images but that is very rare indeed.

Censored - as it applies to JAV or Japanese games or visual novels - most often means that all or most of the Nukige, Eroge or H-scenes have been removed - example - Steam vs Mangagamer game releases. Where - when they are actually censored, and content is removed or altered, - in that case - the game is then listed as "All Ages" or in some cases 15+

Isn't better to just put the category "Censorship: Yes/No"? I had no idea about the info you got us and I don't think you're willing to write that in every of your threads when people ask for censorship. Then again it's your post, thank you very much for the game.

It might cause questions as to what it means at first, but if that's the proper term for the style of censorship. I say yeah, go for it. Seems like it will make things easier to define in the long run. Any questions on other posts just link to this post and comment #7.
