A couple thoughts about the new versions: First some bug report.
When I started a new playthrough rather early there is a writing mistake. It is when Mei wears the school dress with the red temp tattoo and she tells you that just when she is getting used to the outfits, they "throw in a skimpier one without telline me".
Another text mistake is during the basketball game. When you let Mei stay for the shower at Jamal´s place, she tells you "Okie then. I´ll text you if anything." I think there is something missing. While there is an archaic, today rarely used, but still valid Old High German construction for end dropping, I do not know if English (still) has the same. So for my second language ears there should be something like "I´ll text you if anything happens." or "if anything noteworthy goes on." or something like that.
As for the updates I might already have mentioned it in an earlier post, but I find the social media update a really nice touch. The comments do change depending on the paths we play. As for the Lee/Davis paths they are still trying to cope with the attack by the rival society, so "im Westen nichts Neues" currently.
Generally there are some really wellmade renders to see, esp. our main characters look great and we can also see the development of the art. As for the basketball game, if you play several possible routes it is easy to see that the 3 major paths (with their subpath varinats) are drifting apart more and more. We could see this starting already in some eralier updates.
The pure romance paths feel and play differently than the sharing/swinging paths, not to speak of the hard NTR paths. On sharing/swinging it is nice to see that we can become good buddies with Jamal and Rashon and I theorise that sooner or later our MC can be/is introduced to the other "homies", depending on what we decide in the events.
A slight letdown for me was that on sharing/swinging path if you won the game and let Mei stay for the shower, that after she had fun with Jamal and came home later in the evening you could not get your "reward fun". Esp. if you have really high LP (8-10) this should have been an option IMHO, but who knows, it might come in the next update or some comparable fun for our successful couple.
Storywise, it seems that the gang war is coming to an end, there are several hints toward that.
