Anyone know what porn star Chelsea is based on?

Her name is Alex Chance.

Not sure if you know, but when you launch the game there's an option to select 'Model Credits', or something like that, and it gives a list of all the characters and their real-life counterparts. I think I pestered someone into posting that list in this thread last year, too.

Once you make a girl your slave is there anyway to make them go to the dungeon if they don't have the option or are they stuck in the bedroom? Also if you make Chelsea a slave it says you can't do anal unless you train her but I'm not sure how your supposed to train her. Then the last question I have is before you enslave them they have way more positions available. Are they all gone or is there away to train them to get them back?

Mostly just curious because it was my understanding that any content updates were on hold pending this move.

My last update re an ETA was: "Late summer / early fall (northern hemisphere) appears a reasonable estimate for the first public release".

Since fall has now started, I'm afraid I'm going to need to update that to "late fall/early winter". I wish I had a better estimate, but I don't. It will be ready when it's ready. When I have better visibility on a release date, I'll let people know.

So no, not really...


As for content updates on the RAGS version, he stated in that thread he was still updating it, but I'm not sure I believe that. It's quickly approaching 1 full calendar year since the Rags game was updated, and it would take a catastrophic fail in some form with the new engine for Rags work to continue.

I don't really like RAGS but I thought this game used the engine perfectly. It's a shame that the developer decided to port such a complex game completely over to Renpy since a lot of the built-in features of RAGS will basically need to either be created from scratch in Renpy or abandoned to simplify the game. I also don't like the usage of real porn in a fictional game, but at the least I felt that the developer did a great job finding a lot of pictures that fit into his story and settings. Too bad he didn't take a year to replace all of the real porn with original art instead of replacing the engine.

Yeah too I love this for the real photos. Therea re hundreds of games using the same bloody DAZ models....

Having said that there are 2 points.

1) some of the delay with the update is down to not being able to find artwork with the actress'es already in the game that goes in the direction the Dev wants to take the character.

2) The whole point of moving away from Rags was to make the game easily modable and allow users to make their own content. If you want to add in Cg's or artwork you should be able to create the content yourself (or wait for someone with similar tastes to create something you like)

Actually its the reverse, first he had the pictures and then wrote the story and scenes suiting them.

The new version's first release is now as likely as not to have less coded in than 0.6c of the Rags version has.

Wifetrainer said once that the new engine should only have current content, but he couldn't help but add while working on the port. It was a post somewhere on hypnopics but not sure.

27th June : Based on photo count, Elsa, Jasmine and Chelsea are now all roughly balanced in terms of total game play options.

I anticipate Terri and Lauren having equal content to the first wave clients fairly soon. Donna (due to the body of work by her actress) will be less, but when combined with her daughter Dee (some fun new stuff coming for Dee!) then Donna/Dee should be about the same as the others.

For the third wave clients, Alexis and Becky Sue will be built up to the same overall content as Elsa, Jasmine and Chelsea have now. Implementing their post-training content is a priority for me once the new engine is in public release. The ideas are finished, it's just the time to implement that's at issue. Whether their post-training content gets released prior to the fourth wave clients, I'm not sure - from a time perspective, the two should occur at the same time, but I'm not sure how I'll handle the release of the content. Sarah won't reach that level, again based on the amount of work done by her actress. For overall game diversity, I'll look to add another Asian woman or two into the game, so that Sarah isn't carrying that all on her own.

The fourth wave will flow into the end game content, so I'm not sure how I'll handle post-training content for the fourth wave clients, or how much total content they will get compared to the earlier women. I'm not going to bother to sort that out until I've finished up the current backlog of ideas I'm dealing with.
