C'mon, you know why we play these games. The least you could do is make them accessible to the predominately used hand of everyone, the right. They should note that the mouse is also almost always on the right side too.

Why would people jerk off to Games? Why not use fucking PornHub? I could never do that, the pacing is just not there. And 99% of Games aren't good enough anyway to get me in the mood.

Not true, most games are interactive sex based. Which means the player is required to move the scene along and to initiate cumming in game. First thing that pops to mind is Summertime Saga, great game with great sex scenes only problem is, you have to click to progress them and you cant masturbate and click through a scene for completion without "disrupting your flow" so to speak.
RPGM games are the best in this regaurd since the player is only required to click "Z" to progress a scene or dialogue which is located on the left most part of the keyboard.

Mention a single "interactive sex based" game. There's a reason that kind of gameplay sucks, and it's because you are required to perform relatively complicated actions instead of just relaxing and enjoying the ride DURING the sex scene. And based on your posts I just... I have no words, if you consider pressing a single button to advance dialogue "interactive sex scene", then I just don't know what to say.
Even games with heavier focus on "gameplay" like Huniepop have two clear stages: 1. The puzzle stage and 2. the Sex scene as a reward for the former. If something, the puzzle stage serves to raise your expectations to masturbate to the following scene which is, in my opinion, the ideal scenario for these games.
Holy shit, how is this even a problem? You are talking about an action as simple as to move your finger for either click or press the space bar (which is something you can do in all ren'py games, along both "enter" buttons) to advance the dialogue. This does require 1 hand at best, and you also have the option to auto scroll test and you can even adjust the speed the text advances with this function (which I personally don't use because I'm ok with the former method).

I dont know how you masturbate or better yet I dont know if your a man. But as a man who masturbates myself it is VERY annoying to have to stop stroking mid session just to click and progress a scene. You also need to factor in edging and how people build for good climaxes.
Sounds crazy but I need to explain so you understand.
In a porn game when fapping, the absolute worst thing you can do is take your hand off your penis when you are mid fap, it completely throws off your rhythm and you stand to have your penis go flaccid since you lost your stride. If you are taking your hand off your penis to progress a sex scene you arent 100% into the masturbation and it makes your finish less worthwile.
Thats why I said RPGM games are good for fapping to because younever have to leave your penis mid fap since you can use your left hand to progress with "Z" instead ofhaving to stop mid fap and drag your mouse to the "speed up, slow down, cum" options in a lets say ren'py or unity porn game.

Do you even need both hands to masturbate? Can't you just keep doing it with one hand and clicking with the other? If something, having to stop, for some reason, would help you edge.
And it's kind of ironic that you mention RPGM, since the major criticism it gets is that you need both hands to play it, while ren'py offers literally the same function in different keys. As I always say in these cases, it's either a you problem or you just need to play better games.
Eh... No? As I said, it may even help you edge, and if you do it enough it would naturally push you to climax anyway. Maybe I forgot to mention that I am right handed and my mouse is on my right hand side. So it should go without saying that I masturbate as well with my right hand.
RPGM games use the "Z" key to progress which is on the left hand side so I can use my left hand to progress scenes without taking my right hand off my penis.
Ren'py and unity games are very interactive in that you need to utilize the mouse to click on body parts or confirm a specific sexual action, all of these require you move the cursor to your option and since my mouse is onmy right hand side this is where the problem occurs for me.
Best advice I have seen so far is people telling me to try and learn to masturbate with my left hand, which I have tried in the past but it feels weird since I am not ambidextrous or a natural south-paw.

It does help when they let you choose options by clicking up or down arrow keys but alot of the time the option gets stuck only letting you select the top or bottom not the middle options, so I am forced to use the mouse cursor to select. Not the worst but not ideal as RPGM with the 1 key does all method.

Honestly mate, I still don't understand what's the problem or even the point you are trying to make. I see no problem here. Again, you can literally press the space bar in Ren'py to progress as well, which is a bigger key than Z and it's still on a similar side. I'm also right handed and I have no problem using the left hand with the mouse if needed. I agree with the other people, just learn to use your left hand more often.
